Refund Policy
At Unive AI, we’re confident you’ll find real value in how our AI admissions mentors help you craft winning essays, refine your strategy, and stay on track for your dream schools. But if our platform isn’t the right fit or you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer a simple refund policy to give you peace of mind.
Who’s Eligible
Our refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through www.unive.ai. To qualify for a full refund, you’ll need to meet all of these requirements:
Your request is submitted within 7 days of your subscription date.
You have completed no more than 50% of the admissions journey - as measured by the distinct steps in the Dashboard page.
Time Limit
You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund. We’re unable to process refunds once this period has passed or if your account has more than 50% of the user journey completed.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@unive.ai with your order number and a short explanation of why you’re requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
When You’ll Receive It
If your refund is approved, we’ll return the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to post the funds.
Important Details
After the 7-Day Window – Additional payments made after the 7-day period or after exceeding the 50% user journey limit are non-refundable.
Digital Service Nature – As a digital admissions consulting tool, we may ask for feedback so we can continue improving Unive AI.
Exclusions – Any custom, human-led admissions consulting or coaching services are non-refundable.
