1. CONTRACT OBJECT
1.1 The Service Provider undertakes to provide the service described on the Website (hereinafter – Service or Services), and the Customer undertakes to pay the price indicated in the Service’s description in a timely manner.
1.2 The Customer confirms that they are ordering the Service for themselves, their children or dependents (hereinafter – Participant), and that the Participant agrees to receive the Service.
1.3 All Services are provided digitally or remotely. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Participant has the necessary means to access the Service.
1.4 By signing the Contract (i.e. checking the box during registration/purchase), the Customer confirms they are familiar with the Service description and conditions on the Website.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
2.1 The Service Provider undertakes:
- To organize and ensure the quality of the Service acquired.
- To provide a full refund if the Service includes a warranty or money-back guarantee and the Customer provides a legitimate written reason for dissatisfaction.
2.2 The Customer undertakes:
- To pay for the Services and fulfill contractual obligations.
- To not share any provided materials with third parties or online. All materials are the intellectual property of the Service Provider, and unauthorized sharing may result in legal consequences under Lithuanian law.
3. DATA PROTECTION
3.1 The Service Provider processes Customer and Participant data to fulfill the Contract and comply with legal obligations.
3.2 Data is handled as specified in the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
3.3 Before signing the Contract, the Customer must read and understand the Privacy Policy. Signing confirms full comprehension and agreement.
4. OTHER TERMS
4.1 The Service Provider is not responsible for the Participant’s academic performance or results.
4.2 The Contract takes effect after Service purchase and is valid for the Service duration.
4.3 Disputes should be resolved in writing or direct communication. If unresolved, they shall be settled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.4 Correspondence and documents related to the Service will be sent to the email addresses provided by each Party.
4.5 All Service-related materials are confidential and must not be shared. Violations allow the Service Provider to terminate the Contract and request compensation payable within 14 days.
